*The rate for the Family Room is based on 2 adults and 2 children, under
the age of 16 yrs old, sharing. If the additional people sharing are over
the age of 16 yrs, they will be charged an extra R750.00 for 2009 & R850.00 for
2010 per person per night, to cover breakfast, dinner & beverages.
(Please note that this extra charge is nett and non commissionable).

All above quoted rates are RACK and per room per night.

Rates are inclusive of:
• Accommodation
• All meals and snacks
• Local beverages and house wines
• Full minibar
• Laundry

Please note that we accept children of all ages at Birkenhead Villa.
Room 2a & 2b are ideal for a family of 4 with small children as the rooms are inter-
leading.

Dinner Surcharges:
New Years Eve – R1100.00 per person & R550.00 per child (Children 2-16 years) for
2009 & R1210.00 per person & R605.00 per child (Children 2-16 years) for 2010

OTHER TRANSFERS:
(Transfer rates are NETT and NON COMMISSIONABLE)

Transfers are excluded from the daily rate but can be arranged at an additional cost.

The transfer rates below are for 2 pax, thereafter an extra R250.00 pp will be
charged.

Below rates are valid from 1 January 2009 - 31 December 2009.

Below rates are valid from 1 January 2010 – 31 December 2010.

Transfers offered complimentary to in-house guests:
• Transfers to and from the town of Hermanus
• Hermanus orientation tour

Transfers to private wine tasting/tours to Hamilton Russell and Bouchard Finlayson
vineyards are charged at R150.00pp return

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation fees will be applied should a booking be cancelled within
the following period:

* 8 to 4 weeks before arrival – 25% of total accommodation fee.
* 4 to 2 weeks before arrival – 50% of total accommodation fee.
* 2 weeks before arrival – 100% of total accommodation fee.
